With his experience at ISTOM, the Ecole Supérieure d'Agro-Développement International, each member of SILVA expertise has an engineer profile equivalent to Master 1 with solid knowledge in agricultural sciences adapted to the tropical context, in social and economic sciences. The junior expert enjoys a strong scientific culture and knows how to use the tool that is the systemic approach.
Each of us has multiple skills acquired through the many professional internships that he or she has already completed (in association, farm and business), which allows our junior expertise office to claim a range of varied and complementary know-how and interpersonal skills.
